Jun 4, 2014 | Exercise, Nutrition

Surely not I hear you cry! Running, swimming, cycling, jumping and the like are the holy grail of keeping and staying healthy surely?

I used to think so to, until now.

So grab yourself a cup of tea and let me introduce you to a new mini series starting here on the blog, where I think its all going to get a bit hormonal…

Do you think you have an imbalance? Cardio addict or barely able to get yourself off the sofa? I would love to hear your comments below.

  1. I haven’t ditched cardio, as I am training for a few races, but I have cut down a lot and increased my weight sessions instead and I am much happier because of it.

  2. Since cutting back on cardio I’ve noticed far more energy, better sleep and if anything I found I got leaner, especially in the belly region! Balancing hormones is something I’m working on right now myself, so I’m really looking forward to your series. Thanks Kezia!
